FIRE BOMBS ON STEAMSHIPS. SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE. fUnited Pkess Association. I (Received 10.10 a.m.) New York, April 13. Charles Von Kleist, Ernest Becker, Captain Otto Wolpert, Captain Enno Bode (superintendent of the HamburgAmerica piers at Hoboken, were arrested and charged with having manufactured a lire bomb and placed it among sugar bags on the steamer Kirk Oswald, of the Fabro line, on May 20. The bombs were composed of chemicals and were intended to burst into flames from the heat in the steamships' holds. Funds to manufacture the bombs were supplied by wealthy men whose names were not divulged.
