THE SUSSEX CASE. BREACH CF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS MOOTED. £CNIT6I> HtlKHa AUOIJIfiTIHN. I (Received 9.10 a.m.) Washington, April 13. The State Department is considering taking action in the situation arising out of the Sussex case, and it is believed it is of some gravity. President Wilson appears to be convinced thaat Germany does not intend to keep her promises. Action is believed to be pending in the direction of breaking off diplomatic relations.
ANOTHER GERMAN PLOT.
DESIGNS ON ALLIES' SHIPPING. (Received 9.10 a.m.) New York, April 13. Four employees .of the HamburgAmerika and North German Lloyd lines have been arrested charged with implication in extensive bomb plots to destroy the Allies' steamers. A discovery has been made that Von Papsn left a large sum of money behind him to continue the bomb activities and the destruction of munition plants throughout the United States.
