Four employees .of the HamburgAmerika and North German Lloyd lines have been arrested charged with implication in extensive bomb plots to destroy the Allies' steamers. A discovery has been made that Von Papsn left a large sum of money behind him to continue the bomb activities and the destruction of munition plants throughout the United States.
