FLOODS HAMPER OPERATIONS. The High Commissioner reports:— London, April 10 (9.10 p.m.) General Lake reports that an attack on the Sannaivat position was made at dawn yesterday, but failed to get through the enemy’s lines. The operations wore much hampered by floods, which are extending.
