SMYRNA BOMBARDED. FORTS BLOWN TO ATOfKS. {United Pbesh Association. ] London, April 4. Tho Times’ correspondent at Salonika say s that the coastal defences at Smyrna and the forts at St, George and Sandjak were blown to atoms by a British warship on Friday. The Turkish batteries did not reply. It is reported in Athens that the Turks massacred fifty Armenians in Constantinople and numerous women and children at Nikmidia and Adapazar. THE RUSSIANS ADVANCE. Petrograd, April 5. A communique says; We are advancing south-westerly in the region of Mush and Bitlis.
