REBEL FORCES’ SUCCESS. BANDITS LOOT CITIES. [UxiT*n PttsiK« AweniATinN.l (Received 8.15 a.i11.) Pekin, March 30. Rebels captured Pengshus, m the province of Szechuan. Another rebel torce is seven miles from Luchow. Bandits did tremendous damage in looting cities on the Chentu plain.
