In the Air
AIR BOARD ADVOCATED. [United Press Association.] (Received 8.10 a.m.) London, March 28. Lord Sydenham, in The 'limes, advocates an Air Board on the lines of the old Ordinance Board. He considers the air service should be able to act as a separate arm, and develop its own school of scientific thought and systems of strategy.
