TELEPHONES. Cnarges. —At Exchanges continuous ly open—Business establishments, £7 ; private residences, £5 per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge of £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargill. Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Waugauui arc open all day and all night.
