GERMANS STRENGTHEN DEFENCES. AN ATTACK EXPECTED. DnTTRD PbKSB ASSOCIATION. (Received 11.43 a.m.) Salonika, March 16. Reconnaisances report that the Germans are strengthening their defences at Ghevgheli, as if'they are expecting to be attacked. Entirely new defensive works have been constructed at the Demir Kapu line.
