THE SHORTACE OF MUNITIONS. COMMISSION OF ENQUIRY. [Umnn Pekm Amooution.] (Received 9 a.m.) Petrograd, March 16. The Czar's Commission, which was appointed to inquire into the shortage of munitions early in 1915, tound evidence of illegal acts on the part of Sukomilinoff, a former War Minister. The Czar approved of placing Sukomilinoff on trial.
