REPORTED RESIGNATION OF VON T3RPITZ. ALLEGED DISAGREEMENT WITH THE CHANCELLOR. United Press Association., (Received 12.30 p.m.) Washington, March 15. It is rumored here that Admiral Von Tirpitz has resigned in consequence of disagreements with the German Government, chiefly with the Chancellor (Herr Von Bethman-Hollwcg). COEBEN AGAIN ACTIVE. Athens, March 15. It is reported that the Goehcn, eluding the Russian fleet, landed a. number of German officers and guns at Trebizond.
