RE-ARRANCEMENT OF COMMANDS. Per Press Association. Wellington, March 14. Although it has not been announced, General Russell takes command of the newly-formed New Zealand Division. General Godley still remains in supreme control as head of the Corps, of which the Division will form part, and retains the right to make or approve promotions. Colonel Chaytor, who was to have command of the Rifle Brigade, takes the New Zealand Mounted Rifles Brigade and Colonel Braithwaite commands the Rifle Brigade. Colonel Johnston retains com-, mand of Infantry Brigade and Major Pinwell succeeds Colonel Braithwaite on the Staff.
