' TROUBLE IN BERLIN. THE KAJSEH'S MOVEMENTS. [Unitot Prkkb Association.! Amsterdam, March 12. A train from Holland, going to Berlin, was detained for ten hours at Spandau. The passengers were not allowed to leave the station. It is understood tliat there has been serious rioting in Berlin daily, since the failure at Verdun, and that the detention of the train was intended to prevent travellers from witnessing it. The Kaiser is expected at Berlin early next week.
