ELECTION. jjyi-R THEODORE ROOSEVELT NOT , A CANDIDATE, NATIONAL ASPIRATIONS. •United Press Association. (Received 12.15 p.m.) New York, March 9. Mr Theodore Roosevelt, in declining to allow his name to put forward lor the Presidential nomination, said he did not wish to lead the country unless it had in its mood something heroic, and unless it was ready to devote itself to some ideal of justice and fanplay.
