SEIZURE OF GERMAN SHIPPING. (Received 9.25 a.m.) • ~ Capetown, March 9. The German vessels Admiral Kronpririz Klialif, Essen, Hoff, Londwoermann. and Zeiten, were seized at E>elagoa, and it is expected, will be convoyed to Durban or Capetown, where they will be made serviceable.
