Cheese.—The market remains firm. Canadian, steady market, per c\*t., 99s to 100 s; New Zealand, market firm, with an upward tendency; White 97s to 98s; colored 98s; English Cheddar, firm market', 106 s up to 110 s; Cheshire, very scarce, 114 s up to 120 s; United States, market firm with an upward tendency, 90s to 97sflats 85s to 965. On March 1 the estimated Canadian and United States cheese stocks, London, Liveipool and Bristol, 96,000 boxes, against 78,000 boxes at the same time hist year. New Zealand and Australian cheese stocks, London and Bristol, 21,000 crates, against 14,700 crates lust year.
