All other places Id each under 4oz. mnd id each extra 2oz. TELEPHONES. Charges.—At Exchanges continuously open—Business establishments, £7 ; private residences, £o per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge of £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night. The other Exchanges chiefly from 9 a.m. to 5 p.rn. PARCEL POST.
