The Times' correspondent at Cairo wires that reliable information has been received from Constantinople to the effect that Enver Pasha and Talaat Bey have lost popularity, Formerly the populace lined the streets, regarding Enver as the Uero of Turkey, but since Erzerum, and the death of Yussuf he drives at full speed and is not acknowledged. Talaat's life has been attempted, three shots being fired, one killing his secretary. The population is furious with the Young Turks and Germans. ENVER PASHA'S WOUNDS. Athens, March 6. Latest reports state that Enver Pasha is gravely wounded, and his condition is critical.
