During tile summer of 1915, the Committee of Union and Progress discussed the late Prince Yussuf's hostility, and Enver Talaat bluntly favored liis removal. The Committee at a later meeting, at which Enver Talaat and Yussuf's doctor were present, insisted upon the Prince's assassina'i m.
