IN FAVOR OF ARMY CANTEEN. THOUSANDS MONTHLY IN PROFITS. (Received 9.3,) a.m.) Melbourne, February 28. Mr Buddeu, Commissioner in Egypt of the Comforts Funds, emphatically supports the Army canteen system as being of greater general benefit than gifts.
