ROUGH ON THE PRESS.
NEW REGULATIONS HINTED AT [Unixbd Pebbi Abbooiation.]

During the Political and Labor League debate on Mr Meagher’s censure motion, the Premier (Mr .Holman) denounced ‘the publication of the information, band said it was intended to introduce a new press law aimed against the publication of such news before it became public property. Mr Meagher eventually modified bis motion, repretting that a misapprehension had arisen between the State and Federal authorities.
CO-OPERATIVE MUNITIONMAKING.
An important movement is reported to be afoot to so-ordinate with the Commonwealth the efforts which the Munitions Council is ' making to obtain active co-operation with the Imperial authorities. It is suggested that Mr Holman should probably be appointed as president, and it is proposed that the Commonwealth Munitions Council have its headquarters in London.
