According to newspapers, President Wilson has decided to refuse any concessions to Germany or Austria .relative to their declarations to torpedo armed merchantmen. President Wilson upholds the Americans’ right to travel in any ships they please. The Press previously attacked President Wilson relative to his suppose! change of attitude.
