Reports state that Zeppelin L2O was damaged, and is drifting in the North Sea, near the German coast. REPRISALS POLICY. DAILY MAIL'S VIEWS. London, February J I. The Daily Mail rejoices that Lord Buckmaster to reprisals on women and children, and contends that reprisals are needed against men, munition factories, and aerodromes. The paper says ; "We have sufficient aeroplanes in England to prevent Zeppelins approaching, but they are in the wrong places. There is no evidence of a fighting brain directing their movements. Zeppelins would not worry us if our aeroplanes persistently worried them in their own nests or when voyaging to England."
