Servia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each ox. or fraction thereof; all other places 2)cl for the first oz. or fraction thereof, and Ifd for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof.
Post Cards.—lnland, single, Id ; reply, Id; all other places, single, Id; reply 2d. Printed Papers (including Books and Magazines, not registered). -All places, Id per 20/.. Magazines (registered), inland, Id lor every Boz. or fraction thereof. Foreign, Ad per 2oz. or fraction thereof. One end must he left opni.v
Commercial Papers.—Town (for accounts, etc., only) Ad for 2ozs.. or Id for first loz. and Ad cadi succeeding 2nz. Inland. Id for first loz.. and -Jd for eacli succeeding 2oz.
