WARNING TO SHIPOWNERS.
[OnITID PKKtMI ASSOCIATION.] London, February 7
The Board of Trade warns shipowners of cases of fire and explosions on British and neutral ships, suggesting foul play. Enemy agents display great ingenuity. In one case wood used in packing was treated so that it burst into flames on the slightest friction. Those handling cargoes in foreign ports must be careful that no enemy interest handles them.
