Auckland, February "■ John Montague Gavin, nine years of age, was killed by the fall of a drainpipe while playing with another boy in a pottery yard at Grey Lynn. The body of an elderly man was found in the harbor. He had probably been dead ten hours and was,fully dressed. Ills collar bore the letters “Collier.” There is; no oilier evidence of identification.
