POSTAL RATES, Letters and Letter Cards. —lnland (including Cool: Islands), Id for each 4oz. or fraction thereof, and k-1 for each succeeding 2oz, Nnited Kingdom, British possessions. United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pern, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, and Portuguese Colonies, Siam. Servia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2)c) for the first oz. or fraction thereof, and l.Jd for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof. Post Cards. —Inland, single, 'd ; reply, Id; all other places, single. Id; reply 2d. Printed Papers (including Books and Magazines, not registered).—All places, id per 2oz. Magazines (registered). inland, id for every Boz. or fraction thereof. Foreign. |d per 2oz. or fraction thereof. One end must be left open. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge of £5, Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night. The other Exchanges chiefly from 9 a.m, to 5 p.m. PARCEL POST. Parcels posted In the Dominion for
