(Received 11.10 a.m.) London, February L A Zepeplin on Tuesday night sank the former German steamer Frang Fischer in the North Sea She was eoal-laden and was anchored, when a high explosive bomb was diopped amidships. She sank in two minutes, dragging down the crew, of whom thirteen out of sixteen were drowned. The survivors swam for an hour and 'were picked up by n Belgian steamer.
