Ministers in discussing the serious'iiess of wartime strikes with the ln!(1 ustrial War Council, suggested that it be composed of Federal and State Ministers, members of the Chamber of Manufacturers and Trades’ Hall Council to effectively deal with the industrial trouble. Mr Hazelthorn, speaking at the Natives Association luncheon, said a mandate must be obtained from the people to intern the men.
