TWO IMPORTANT STATEMENTS. Uniteo Press Association. London, January 28. Signor Barzillai, the Italian Minister, made two important statements denying the accusation that Italy had a secret understanding with Germany. He declared that the responsibility of the war r,<alß& fen all Italians who on August 4 fHpd to remain in the Triple AfISSK, making an eventual entry on the British side inevitable.
