HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE.
“MILLION DOLLAR MYSTERY.”
A further instalment of the big serial drama, “The Million Dollar Mystery,” was the main attraction at His Majesty’s Theatre last night. The picture public are now enthusiastically following closely the different episodes of this unusual photo play, and the current number, “A Leap in the Dark,” is replete with exciting scenes, particularly • when the “Black Hundred” are trapped in the isolated warehouse. The popularity of the film of the moving cartoon type was clearly exemplified by the laughter evoked by “Cartoons in the Hotel,” an Edison production of merit. “The War (Gazette,” “A Mother’s Justice,” “Departure of the 6th N.Z. Reinforcements,” and views of San Reno complete a first class bill, which will be screened for the last time to-night.
