The Allied War Council, which was held in London to-day, considered the general war position. M. Brianfl and other French Ministers, naval and military officers, attended. In the Commons, Mr Tennant stated that the German casualties were 588.980 killed. 1.566,549 wounded. 356,155 missing, and 24,080 died oi disease.
The Central X'ews correspondent at Amsterdam telegraphs that the A orwaerts has published a manifesto of the German Humanity League, denouncing the mad and insatiable greed of the Prussian intriguers, and stating that there will he no peace until the Kaiser has been driven oil the throne.
