GERMANS BOGGED IN THE PINSK DISTRICT.

A thraw has rendered the German trenches in the Pinsk district untenable, flooding them. The posts to which the barbed wire was suspended were under water, and were no longer able to stick in the soaking soil, and the Russians carried off the barbed wire. Two sectors of Germans are feverishly trying to drain the land.
