The civil business so far set down comprises the following cases adjourned from tlie last session:— Garnet if. Saunders v. Henry Weston, claim for CI000" for alleged libel. Elizabeth Sharrock v. Roger Sharrock, application to set aside transfer oi land. Sarah Marsh v. Ihe Taranaki Education Board, application for a declaration that certain land held by defendanf under Crown grant shall still remain native land.
