HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. "THE STONING." "dudge Not," was the powerful text which prefaced the minister's sermon at the conclusion of Edison's film masterpiece, ''The Stoning." screened at His Majesty's Theatre last night. This magnificent photo play is 50"r>0 feet in length, and it is claimed to he one ol 'the greatest productions yet sent from the Edison studios. A chord of realinn permeates throughout the entire (picture, and "The Stoning" will long lbe remembered by last night's patrons. Supporting films are "Our Boys at Home and in Egypt." which depicted the farewell at Newtown Park. Wellington, to the sth Reinforcements, embarking, the Maori Contingent, church service in the desert, etc. I "Barber Shop Cartoons" and "Billy's IWager," are two good comedies. The I "War Gazette" again proved a most popular item, and the Channel [sles showed some capital views of Guernsey and Sark.
