——u EXTERMINATING THE REBELS[United Prbsb Association.) London, January 15. i The Canton Government claims to have been victorious in engagements with the rebels on the 6th, 7th, and Bth instant. The rebels were well supplied with arms and ammunition, but eventually the ammunition gave out and they fought desperately with bombs. When they were routed the slaughter was readfnl. Various garrisons are following up the hand of rebels with aview to their extermination.
