SLIPPERY OE WET. RECENT TREASONABLE SPEECHES. . A BROKEN PROMISE. United Press Association. (Received 8.5 a.m.) Capetown, January 15. De Wet’s recent speeches are eliciting much criticism, culminating in a public outcry against the reception arranged at Vre in honor of De Wet and other released rebels.
