HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. HERO OF THE DARDANELLES. "No finer tale in our history," was Ashmead Bartlett's comment on the gallant landing of the Australians at Gallipoli, and he then proceeded to write, the vivid account of how we accomplished f'ho feat which th© -.vorld considered impossible It was a story of heroism «ou daring from start to iiuitii It brought home the realisation that Australia was in the war also, and for every man who fell, a dozen others have gone into khaki to avengo Tom or Jack, and give the Turks a flutter, Th© Governor of Victoria, the Prime Minister, * the Minister of Defence, and the State Premier, Mr Holman, have already witnessed the production, and expressed appreciation of the manner in which the appeal for recruits is presented. A copy of the film has been purchased, and lias been placed in the archives of the Federal House. The picture will be shown to-night, at His Majesty's Theatre, supported by a good programme.
