THE KAISER'S HEALTH. REPORTED SERIOUS CONDITION. ‘ SILVER PALATE PROVIDED. [United Press Association.] (Received 8.20 a.in.) London, January t. The Daily News says despatches from neutral sources in Germany which have been received in Rome state that the Kaiser, besides snflcrmg from malignant carbuncles, sustained a rupture arising from blood disorder, together with a iecrudescence ot the throat trouble.
Despatches to Paris by way of Switzerland state that the operations, the nature of which is not specified, were performed on Wednesday. Ihe throat trouble is said to have extended tot his lips. It is even asserted that it has been found necessary to provide the Kaiser with a silver pahire.
