explosion on oil steamer ALLEGED PRO-GERM AM OUTRAGE. (’Received 11.*25 a.ih.) New York, .January 3. An explosion on the oil tank steamer A/,tec at Brooklyn Dock killed one person an injured twenty, while eighteen are missing. It is believed to be a pro-German outrage.
