La Tribuna states that the TurcoGerman expedition has begun by the despatch of several advance guard detachments for the supreme command against Egypt, and have been installed at Persia, where Turco-German officers are working with extraordinary activity. ‘ Enormous quantities of material are leaving Constantinople, where it is affirmed that the army will be composed of 300,000 Turks ' and 100,000 Arabs.
