DESIGNS ON EGYPT. United Press (Association. Rome, December 22. La Tribuna states that the TurcoGerman expedition has begun by the despatch of several advance guard detachments for the supreme command against Egypt, and have been installed at Persia, where Turco-German officers are working with extraordinary activity. ‘ Enormous quantities of material are leaving Constantinople, where it is affirmed that the army will be composed of 300,000 Turks ' and 100,000 Arabs. ' ■
