SAFE CONDUpTS FOR VON PAPEN AND BOY ED. United Press Association. (Received 12.50 p.m.) London, December 22. In the House of Commons, Lord Robert Cecil stated that the Government has granted Yon Papen and Boyed safe conducts in deference to America's wishes.
