(..Received 9.45 a.m.) Melbourne, December 10. , lu the Assembly Mr Elmslie complained ql‘ the inadequate provision made lor dealing witii several diseases in the Health Department estimates, lie said that a sense ol laise security hampered all attempts to cope with the disease.
