GENERAL BOTHA AND HERTZOC United Press Association. (Received 10.40 a.m.) London, December 8. Reuter corrects General Botha’s speech cabled on the 7th. Botha said he was satisfied that Hertzog in his heart disapproved of the rebellion, and therefore it was-all the more serious that Hertzog had not used his influence to prevent it.
