GERMANY'S NAVAL IDOL.

STATUE OF VON. TIRPJTZ.

United Press Association. (Received 10.45 a.m.) Copenhagen, December 7

A giant statue of Admiral Von Tirpitz has been erected at Wilhelmshaven similar to General Von Hindenburg's. It has a capacity of a quarter of a million nails. The Wilhelmshaven Zeitung describes the 6tatue as a wonderful likeness of the Admiral. "Dressed in oilskins, sea boots, and sou-wester, with a telescope in the left hand, and. the right hand stretched out, the eyes gaze into space far over the distant seas, where the heroes of Germany's sea power carry out his orders."
