At my Haymarkot sale on Saturday, the 27th ultimo. 1 had a good yarding 'ol pigs, and although some excellent woaners were among the. entries, prices obtained tor them were far below those of my previous sale. Nevertheless. good stores met with keen competition and sold exceptionally well. I (piote as multmWeatiers small S>s to I Is. medium ditto Ids to Ids. good 18s to £l, small stores 18s to 22* (id medium ditto tils to L‘l 17s. good ditto £2 Is to £2 los, and a cpiantity of timber in favour of buyers. I T. LAMASON’S WEEKLY REPORT. Last Saturday, our usual wekly sale was held, but owing to the very wet day, only a fw pens of birds were catalogued. Vegetables, potatoes, etc., are coming more freely to hand. I quote as follows Hens Is 9cl to 3s, ducks 2s to 3s (id, cocks lid, geese 3s 9d. hen and chicks 6 to 9s, new potatoes. 13s to 15s cwt., onions 3d per lb., cabbage 2s to 3s per doz, goosberries 2d to 3d per lb.
