Christchurch, December 1. A meeting of the boafd of the New Zealand Trotting Association was held' this afternoon. Before proceeding with | the ordinary business, the president, Mr P. Selig, referred to the death of Mr F. H. Pyne, who, he said, had been for many years associated with the kindred sport of racing, l and had acted ys, chairapin of* the (Committee of Jockey Club, ami also at its, tycjj&prer.
