HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE.
WAR IS HELL.
A Him which will stand long as a masterpiece of the moving picture :irt and which is entitled “War ijs Hell” is the chief attraction for Show i nights (to-night and to-morrow) at His Majesty’s Thqatre. The film is founded on a true Story vouched for by the father, mother, and sou, who f suffered the awful experiences narrated by a British officer while lying wounded in a base hospital. It depicts the invasion of Belgium the peaceful Belgian farm—the Huns’ dastardly courage—a fierce , battle—the' Guards charge—arrival of British reinforcements—victory. The film, which is 3000 feet in length, simply teems with exciting events, which reaches a climax when a Belgian soldier after a fierce bout, succeeds in throwing a German officer from the top window of a chateau. Supporting films are: “Making Khaki,” “The Millinery Man,” “Hogan’s Mussy Job” (Keystone), “The Death train,” and the popular War Gazette.
