STRATFORD A. & P. SHOW.

There is every indication that the entry list for the forthcoming Show will surpass in numbers entrioa received in past years. Enquiries for schedules are coming into the Secretary s office daily, and it is just a question if the supply will be equal to the demand. However, if lound necessary another lot of schedules will printed in bold type, which is much appreciated by those who have schedules in their possession, alsfr additional classes have boon added! Various recommendations were mpd-e by exhibitors and others after t'he last Show, for the betterment of the many classes, and to a great extent these recommendations have been gi\ on effect to, and will no doubt be an extra inducement for exhibitors to swell the entry list. The One Day Test should be popular, us exhibitors will bo in the position of killing two birds with the one stone, iusomucn that cows exhibited in any class will be eligible for this competition, so that exhibitois have a chance of winning in a show class, and also the rest Competition with the advantage of not being necessary to remove the animals from the showgrounds. The prize money in all classes is on a liberal scale, and as heretofore every care and attention will be paid to exhibits forwarded, whether animals, produce or machinery. Every preparation is well in hand for holding the Show, and both exhibitors and the public may rely on the fixture being in every respect more advanced than former Shows, and this is saying a good deal. Several interesting ring events have been included in this year’s programme, and should prove very interesting to the general public. One particular which has proved both interesting and exciting in other shows, is the potato Kace on horse-back. Any information required on any subject or matter connected with the Show will be gladly given cm j application to the Secretary, Mr A. I D. Stanley, Stratford.
