BRITISH NAVAL ACTION. t • ' i SEIZURE OF AMERICAN COLLIER OFF WEST INDIES. United Presp Association. (Received 10.40 a.m.) New York, November 22. A British cruiser has seized the American collier Genesee,, off the West Indies, on the ground that the vessel is partly owned v by Germans. The consignees, Blake and Company, are demanding that if the vessel is 1 truly American, the United States ought to send; a warship to forcibly take the Genesee from British custody.
