GREECE AND HER GUARANTORS. 1 7: ' ; DETHRONEMENT OF CONSTANTINE LEGAL. United Press Association, (Received 10.20 a.m.) London, November 21. The Sunday Times says that the guarantors of Greece’s independence and Greece’s Constitution are bound to defend both. They are surely within their legal province to decide their own method and to time. Even if they deem it necessary to suspend or dethrone Constantine they are still within that legal right in defence of the Constitution. KITCHENER’S MISSION. GERMAN ALARM. ONE OF THE POSSIBILITIES. LENGTHY CABINET MEETING IN ATHENS. CREEK PREMIER AND LORD KITCHENER. (Received 10.5 a.in.) Athens, November 21. A lengthy cabinet meeting followed Lord Kitchener’s interviews with King Constantine M. Skonloudis (Premier) and Lord Kitchener have quitted Athens. THE POSITION AT MONASTIR. (Received 10.5 a.m.) Paris, November 21. The Petit Journal states that the Serbians at Monastir advanced seven kilometres towards Prilep, and the Bulgarians apparently stopped them. FEARS OF BULGARIAN RISING AT MONASTIR. (Received 1,0.0 a.m.) Rome, November 21. The Corriere Della Sera; states that at Monastir the authorities, fearing a rising of six thousand Bulgarian inhabitants, the soldiers and gendarmes were armed with bombs in order to quell any outbreak. ORDERLY SERBIAN RETREAT. I . 7 (Received 10.0 a.m.) Athens, November 21. Those who have arrived from the front report that the" Serbian retreat was orderly. They lost prisoners, but the only guns captured were old and of little value.
